Volumetric Clouds in XNA 4.0



Anne-Lise Pasch asked me to update the cloud sample I did way back in XNA 4.0, so this is my progress so far, hoping to write the blog post this week, if I have time :)
What I love about this is each and every scene is done with a single draw call :)

  3. Very nice effect! Did you ever get back to that project again? You should, because it really does look promising. Any chance of sharing the source code or more of the ideas behind what you've done there?

    1. Hi, sorry for the late reply, have been on Holiday :D

      No, I have not looked at this in years, not sure I ever did post the code for it either.

      I work mostly in Unity3D now, so may do a version for that, also just looking at MonoGame again, so you never know I may do a MonoGame version too :)
